A sharper, more premium retail world for a timeless bedroom brand. Brand direction, product audit and creative shoot audit, top to bottom.

Feather & Black had heritage, beautiful product and a loyal customer, but the brand world had drifted. The work started with a full audit: where the brand was leaking premium cues, where the range told a confused story, and where creative was working against itself.

From there I rebuilt the brand direction: tone, art direction principles, casting, set and styling references, and a shoot framework the in-house team could run with. The output was a tighter, more confident retail expression that felt grown-up without losing warmth.
